The Nuna Pipa Urbn car seat reinvents car travel for babies. This car seat is ultra-light, weighing only 3.3 kg (without canopy and infant insert) and is installed using an advanced ISOFIX system integrated into the car seat's structure. This innovative baseless installation feature allows for very secure installations (check car compatibility list here) in just a few seconds. An excellent solution for those who frequently use transport such as Uber and taxis. To uninstall, simply press a tab on the back, and the ISOFIX is released. It includes a Dream drape for maximum privacy. This car seat is suitable for babies from birth up to approximately 12 months.

In addition to ISOFIX installation, this car seat also allows installation with the car's seatbelt. You can use these two types of installation simultaneously or just one of them.

Installation with ISOFIX connectors

Installation is done exclusively with ISOFIX connectors, which ensures greater stability and simplicity. The car seat cannot be installed with a seat belt, nor is it compatible with older vehicles without ISOFIX or for use on airplane trips. It can be used with the i-Base™ Encore (with 90° rotation) or with the i-Base™ lx 2, sold separately.

Tested protection with excellent results

The Sprint underwent demanding ADAC tests, achieving an excellent 4-star rating with an official score of 1.8. The side protection system, with the Tri-Protect™ headrest, offers three layers of protection, including Intelli-Fit™ memory foam. The 3-point harness easily adjusts as the baby grows, providing safety and comfort.

Comfort for baby from birth

The removable body reducer and additional cushion ensure a perfect fit for newborns. The sun canopy with UPF 50+ sun protection is water-repellent and includes a zippered ventilation panel. The carrying handle is ergonomic and adjustable, with a synthetic leather finish. The curved base allows for gentle rocking of the baby during rest.

The only car seat your child will ever need! With the Joie i-Spin XL car seat, all journeys from birth to 12 years are guaranteed, with 360º rotation and an automatically adjusting harness and headrest that accommodate every stage of the child's growth.

The 360° rotation makes it easier to adjust the safety harness, whether for a small baby or a toddler. Simply turn the seat towards the door and securing the child is much easier. The headrest adjusts to 14 positions simultaneously with the harness in just one movement.

This seat travels rear-facing from birth up to 4 years old (40-105 cm tall), initially with the newborn insert, and from 61 cm you can remove the insert. From 15 months (76 cm) the i-Spin XL can travel forward-facing, however, we recommend keeping your baby rear-facing at least until 4 years old or for as long as possible. Up to this age, the child is restrained with the car seat's harness; after 105 cm, the harness is stowed away, and the child is restrained with the car's seat belt.

What is R129 i-Size approval?

R129 i-size approval is more demanding than the previous R4404 approval and, as such, ends up being a safer option.

What is Ergo Recline?

It's a new level of safety, comfort, and ergonomics developed by Britax Römer.

When reclined, the baby's position becomes flatter and more ergonomic, supporting and promoting healthy spinal development and keeping the airways open.
