In mainland Portugal, we deliver to your home within 3 business days after payment confirmation, provided the item is in stock.
For the Islands (Madeira and Azores), the delivery time is 10 to 15 days.
You can check the status in your customer area. Once the order leaves our facilities, you will receive the carrier's tracking number by email.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, depending on the destination and volume of the order. You always see the final amount before completing your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges
You have 15 days from the receipt of your order to make an exchange or return.
It's simple: contact us by email (apoiocliente@bonabebe.pt) or phone, and we'll guide you through all the steps.
Returns are free of charge, as long as you follow the instructions we provide for the process.
As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will process the refund within 15 business days and notify you by email.
To be accepted, the item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging.
Guarantees
The stroller has a 3-year warranty on the frame and 6 months on the fabrics. Some brands also offer a lifetime warranty, upon registering the stroller on their platform.
Car seats have a 3-year warranty, and fabrics have a 6-month warranty.
Contact our customer support with your invoice and a brief description of the problem. We will handle the warranty claim with the brand for you.
Car Seats and Safety
Look for the identification labels on the car doors, or run your hand between the backrest and the seat. If you find two metal pieces, your car has ISOFIX. In some cars, these are covered by small plastic pieces.
It mainly depends on the height and weight. In simple terms: from birth (facing the parents, or 360º in all positions); toddler up to 105 cm; rear-facing up to 125 cm; and up to 150 cm for older children.
In-store, we'll help you choose the safest option for your car and your child's stage.
We recommend keeping the child rear-facing for the longest time possible — it's the safest position. We advise you on a case-by-case basis, always respecting your decision.
