- change the content of the website;
- modify prices;
- update descriptions;
- remove or add products;
- change promotional campaigns;

temporarily suspend the operation of the website for technical, maintenance or update reasons.
These changes do not affect orders already accepted by Bonabebe, except where they arise from an obvious error.
7. Product Information
Bonabebe seeks to ensure that all information made available on the website is accurate, up to date and complete.
However, typographical errors, computer glitches or occasional inaccuracies may occur.
Whenever a material error is detected in a description or technical specification, Bonabebe will correct it as soon as possible.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
Although every effort is made to accurately represent the products sold, there may be minor differences with regard to:
- colours;
- finishes;
- patterns;
- textures;
- packaging;
- accessories included.
These differences may result from the user's monitor settings, changes made by manufacturers or production processes.
Whenever there is a material discrepancy between the product description and its actual characteristics, the Customer will be informed and may choose to keep or cancel the order.
8. Product Availability
The display of products on the website does not constitute a guarantee of immediate availability.
The availability shown is for guidance only and depends on Bonabebe's own stock or that of its suppliers.
Where a product becomes temporarily unavailable after the order has been placed, Bonabebe will contact the Customer by e-mail or WhatsApp, informing them of:
- the expected restocking date;
- the possibility of replacement with an equivalent product, where applicable;
- or other suitable solutions.
Whenever an order includes products with different expected delivery dates, the Customer may, where technically possible, choose to:
- receive all products in a single shipment; or
- receive the products in separate shipments.
If the unavailability is permanent and the order cannot be fulfilled, Bonabebe will inform the Customer and will refund any amounts paid in respect of the unavailable products, using the same payment method or another method agreed between the parties.
9. Customer Account
The Customer may make purchases:
- by creating a Customer Account; or
- as a guest ("Guest Checkout"), without needing to register.
Creating an account allows, among other features:
- tracking orders;
- viewing purchase history;
- saving addresses;
- managing personal data;
- taking part in loyalty programmes, where applicable.
The Customer undertakes to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
Bonabebe may suspend or close accounts containing false or fraudulent information or that are used improperly.
10. Purchase Process
To make a purchase, the Customer must:
- select the desired products;
- add the products to the basket;
- confirm the shopping basket;
- enter billing and delivery details;
- select the shipping method;
- choose the payment method;
- confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy;
- complete the order.
Before final confirmation, the Customer may change or correct any information entered.
Once the order is completed, an automatic message confirming receipt of the order will be sent.
This automatic confirmation only proves that the order has been received by Bonabebe's system and does not yet constitute definitive acceptance of the contractual proposal.
The contract is deemed to have been concluded when Bonabebe confirms acceptance of the order and begins processing it.
11. Right to Refuse Orders
Bonabebe reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, in particular where:
- there is an obvious pricing error;
- there is an obvious error in the product description;
- the product is permanently unavailable;
- there are indications of fraud;
- payment is not authorised;
- the details provided are false or incomplete;
- circumstances of force majeure or objective impossibility of performance occur.
Whenever possible, the Customer will be informed of the reasons and, if payment has already been made, will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
12. Communications
Unless otherwise stated, all communications between Bonabebe and the Customer may be made through:
- e-mail;
- telephone;
- SMS message;
- WhatsApp, where the Customer has provided that contact.
Communications sent to the contact details provided by the Customer are presumed received, unless proven otherwise.
13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Bonabebe may amend these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary in order to:
- comply with legislative changes;
- adapt to technological changes;
- improve the services provided;
- update commercial procedures.
Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website and do not affect contracts already concluded, unless the law provides otherwise.
PART II – PRICES, PAYMENTS, PROMOTIONS AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
14. Prices
All prices shown on the website https://bonabebe.pt are expressed in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legal rate in force.
Depending on the nature of the products sold, different VAT rates may apply, namely:
- a reduced rate of 6%, where legally applicable;
- a standard rate of 23% for the remaining products.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before the purchase is completed.
Bonabebe reserves the right to change product prices at any time, without prior notice.
However, such changes do not affect orders already accepted and confirmed by Bonabebe, except in cases of an obvious error as provided for in these Terms and Conditions.
15. Pricing Errors
Despite the ongoing effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published, typographical, computer or human errors may occur that affect the price shown for a given product.
Whenever an obvious pricing error is detected before the order is dispatched, Bonabebe will contact the Customer, giving them the option to:
- keep the order by paying the correct price;
- choose an alternative product;
- cancel the order, with a full refund of any amounts paid.
An obvious error is deemed to exist where the published price is objectively inconsistent with the product's normal market value or clearly results from an evident mistake.
16. Promotions and Campaigns
Bonabebe may run promotional campaigns, temporary discounts, clearance sales or other commercial activities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- campaigns are valid only during the announced period;
- they are limited to available stock;
- they cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons, unless expressly stated;
- they may be changed or ended early for technical, legal or commercial reasons.
If a campaign ends after the order has been placed but before it is dispatched, the price confirmed on the accepted order remains applicable.
17. Discount Coupons
Bonabebe may make promotional codes or discount coupons available.
Unless otherwise stated, coupons:
- may be used once only;
- are personal and non-transferable;
- cannot be converted into cash;
- cannot be combined with other campaigns;
- have limited validity.
Fraudulent or improper use of coupons may result in their cancellation and the cancellation of the corresponding order.
If an order is subsequently returned, the amount corresponding to the promotional coupon used will not be refunded, unless otherwise provided by law.
18. Loyalty Programme
Bonabebe may make a loyalty programme available to its customers.
Where it exists, the programme may include, among other features:
- accumulation of points;
- awarding of discounts;
- exclusive benefits;
- early access to campaigns;
- promotional offers.
The programme's specific rules will be published on the website and may be changed by Bonabebe by publishing the updated version.
Bonabebe reserves the right to suspend, modify or end the loyalty programme, provided that this does not affect rights already acquired by customers under applicable law.
19. Gift Cards
Bonabebe may sell Gift Cards.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:
- Gift Cards are for use exclusively in the Bonabebe online shop;
- they cannot be converted into cash;
- they can be used for one or more purchases until the balance is used up;
- they do not earn interest;
- they cannot be exchanged for cash.
In the event of loss, theft, improper use or destruction of the Gift Card, Bonabebe cannot guarantee its replacement.
Where an expiry date applies, it will be indicated at the time of purchase.
20. Payment Methods
Bonabebe offers, among others, the following payment methods:
- MB WAY;
- Multibanco Reference;
- Visa;
- Mastercard;
- PayPal;
- Klarna;
- Bank Transfer;
- Other methods that may become available on the Shopify platform.
The availability of certain methods may vary depending on the country of delivery, the order value or technical requirements.
All payments are processed through certified and secure platforms.
Bonabebe does not store the complete bank card details used by Customers.
21. Payment by Bank Transfer
Where the Customer chooses payment by bank transfer, the order will only be processed after confirmation that the payment has been received.
If payment is not made within the period stated in the instructions sent to the Customer, Bonabebe may automatically cancel the order.
22. Payment via Klarna
Where the Customer selects Klarna as the payment method, the processing of the transaction will be subject to that entity's contractual terms.
Bonabebe is not involved in Klarna's decision to approve, reject or grant credit.
Any question relating to payments made through this entity should be addressed directly to the relevant provider.
23. Payment Security
Bonabebe uses payment systems that rely on internationally recognised security protocols.
Despite the adoption of appropriate technical measures, no data transmission over the Internet can be considered completely secure.
Whenever there are indications of fraudulent use of cards, payment accounts or other payment methods, Bonabebe may:
- suspend processing of the order;
- request additional documentation;
- cancel the order;
- report the situation to the competent authorities, where legally required.
24. Conclusion of the Contract
The listing of products on the website constitutes an invitation to treat and not a binding contractual offer.
The Customer submits an offer to purchase by completing the order.
Upon receipt of the order, an automatic confirmation will be sent by e-mail, proving only that the order has been received by the system.
The contract of sale is only deemed concluded when Bonabebe confirms acceptance of the order and begins processing or dispatching it.
Until that moment, Bonabebe may refuse the order in the cases provided for in these Terms and Conditions.
25. Invoicing
The invoice will be issued according to the details provided by the Customer during the purchase process.
It is the Customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the billing details before completing the order.
Once the invoice has been issued, any changes may only be made in the cases legally permitted.
26. Retention of Title
All products sold by Bonabebe remain the property of Bonissa Bebé Unipessoal, Lda. until the price has been paid in full, including any shipping costs or other associated charges.
Ownership of the goods only transfers to the Customer once the full amount owed has been successfully collected.
The transfer of risk of loss or damage to the products occurs in accordance with the consumer protection legislation applicable.
27. Suspension or Cancellation of the Order
Bonabebe may suspend or cancel an order before it is dispatched where, in particular:
- payment has not been made;
- fraud is suspected;
- promotional campaigns are used improperly;
- these Terms and Conditions have been breached;
- it is objectively impossible to supply the product;
- a competent authority so determines;
- circumstances of force majeure occur.
Where payment has already been made and the cancellation is attributable to Bonabebe, the corresponding refund will be made in accordance with applicable law.
PART III – SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AVAILABILITY AND RECEIPT OF ORDERS
28. Geographic Scope of Deliveries
Bonabebe delivers, through its online shop, to:
- Mainland Portugal;
- the Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira;
- Mainland Spain.
If the Customer wishes to have an order delivered to another country, they should first contact Bonabebe by e-mail at info@bonissa.pt, in order to check the feasibility of the shipment and the corresponding costs.
29. Carriers
Bonabebe uses specialised carriers to ensure delivery of orders.
The choice of carrier may vary depending on:
- the destination of the order;
- the weight or volume of the products;
- the specific characteristics of the items;
- operational needs.
Bonabebe reserves the right to change the carrier originally planned whenever doing so allows for a better service to be provided.
30. Order Preparation
Orders for products available in stock are usually prepared within 24 working hours of payment confirmation.
Orders placed:
- at weekends;
- on public holidays;
- or outside normal preparation hours;
will be processed on the next working day.
The periods indicated are for guidance only and may change during periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, Black Friday, Christmas, sales or other exceptional circumstances.
31. Delivery Times
Once the order has been dispatched, the average delivery times are as follows:
- Mainland Portugal — approximately 48 working hours.
- Mainland Spain — approximately 48 working hours.
- Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira) — up to 15 working days.
The times shown are estimates and depend on the carrier and existing logistical conditions.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, unless expressly stated by the carrier.
32. Out-of-Stock Products
Whenever a product is not available in stock at the time the order is processed, Bonabebe will contact the Customer by:
- e-mail;
- telephone; or
- WhatsApp.
That communication will state, wherever possible:
- the expected restocking date;
- the new estimated delivery time;
- the possibility of replacement with an equivalent product, where applicable.
Bonabebe does not automatically cancel orders due to temporary stock shortages.
Where the Customer does not wish to wait for restocking, they may request cancellation of the unavailable products and the corresponding refund.
33. Orders with Products of Different Availability
If an order includes products with different availability times, Bonabebe may offer the Customer:
- a single delivery, once all items are available; or
- partial deliveries.
Wherever possible, the decision will be made according to the preference expressed by the Customer.
34. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the purchase process, taking into account:
- the destination country;
- the weight of the order;
- the volume;
- the purchase value.
The Customer will always be informed of the total shipping cost before confirming the order.
35. Free Shipping
Bonabebe offers free shipping for:
- Mainland Portugal;
- Mainland Spain;
on orders of €50.00 or more, unless expressly stated otherwise during specific campaigns.
Free shipping does not cover, unless otherwise stated:
- the Azores;
- Madeira;
- special destinations;
- additional services requested by the Customer.
36. Changing the Delivery Address
Once the order has been confirmed, any change to the delivery address will depend on:
- the stage of preparation the order has reached;
- whether it is technically possible to make the change with the carrier.
Bonabebe does not guarantee that the address can be changed once preparation of the shipment has begun.
Any additional costs resulting from such a change may be borne by the Customer.
37. Receipt of the Order
At the time of delivery, the Customer should check:
- the outer condition of the packaging;
- the presence of visible damage;
- signs of tampering;
- the number of parcels received.
If there is any apparent damage, the Customer should:
- note this on the carrier's delivery note, wherever possible;
- photograph the packaging;
- report the situation to Bonabebe as soon as possible.
Accepting the order without any reservation may make it more difficult to prove damage occurred during transport.
38. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the Customer receives:
- a damaged product;
- an item different from the one ordered;
- an incomplete product;
- or a product with a defect visible on delivery,
they should report the situation to Bonabebe as soon as possible, sending:
- a description of what happened;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the packaging;
- the order number.
Bonabebe will review the situation and inform the Customer of the procedures to follow.
Where responsibility is attributable to Bonabebe or the carrier, the costs necessary to resolve the situation will be borne accordingly.
39. Undelivered Orders
Whenever an order cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the Customer, in particular:
- repeated absence;
- incorrect address;
- unjustified refusal to accept delivery;
- failure to collect from a pick-up point;
- impossibility of contact;
the order may be returned to Bonabebe's premises.
In these situations, Bonabebe may request payment of new shipping costs before proceeding with a new dispatch.
40. Unjustified Refusal of an Order
Without prejudice to the legal right of free withdrawal provided for in applicable law, unjustified refusal of an order already dispatched may result in:
- the deduction of the costs actually incurred for transport and return, where legally permitted;
- or other consequences provided for in applicable law.
This provision is without prejudice to the rights granted to the consumer under Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
41. Transfer of Risk
In contracts entered into with consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the Customer only when the Customer, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
Where the Customer themselves engages a carrier different from the one proposed by Bonabebe, the risk transfers to the Customer when the products are handed over to that carrier, as legally provided.
42. Delivery Delays
Bonabebe will make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times.
However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond its control, in particular:
- adverse weather conditions;
- strikes;
- disruptions to transport networks;
- logistical incidents;
- computer failures;
- supplier delays;
- customs inspections, where applicable;
- other force majeure situations.
Wherever possible, the Customer will be informed of any significant delay of which Bonabebe becomes aware.
43. Permanent Impossibility of Supply
If, after the order has been confirmed, it becomes permanently impossible to supply one or more products, Bonabebe will inform the Customer as soon as possible.
In that situation, the Customer may choose to:
- replace the product with another of equivalent characteristics, where available;
- keep only the remaining items in the order;
- cancel the unavailable product and receive the corresponding refund.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase or, where this is not technically possible, by another method agreed between the parties, in particular by bank transfer to the IBAN provided by the Customer.
44. Right to Carry Out Checks
Bonabebe reserves the right to carry out the checks necessary before dispatching orders, in particular regarding:
- the actual availability of the products;
- confirmation of the billing details;
- validation of payments;
- fraud prevention.
These checks may result in an adjustment to the originally estimated times, and the Customer will be informed whenever this is relevant.
PART IV – RIGHT OF FREE WITHDRAWAL, EXCHANGES, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND WARRANTIES
45. Right of Free Withdrawal
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February, the consumer Customer has the right to freely withdraw from the contract, without needing to state any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days of:
- the date on which they take physical possession of the goods; or
- the date on which a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, the Customer must clearly inform Bonabebe of their decision via:
- E-mail: info@bonissa.pt
- Or another written means that allows the communication to be proven.
The Customer may use the withdrawal form made available at the end of these Terms and Conditions, although this is not mandatory.
46. Conditions for Accepting Returns
For a return to be accepted, the products must be returned:
- in perfect condition;
- without signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product;
- with all original labels;
- in the original packaging, wherever possible;
- together with all accessories, manuals and any gifts included.
The absence of the original packaging does not, on its own, mean the return will be refused, provided the product is returned suitably protected.
Where the product shows a reduction in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish its condition, Bonabebe may deduct the amount corresponding to that reduction in value from the refund, to the extent legally permitted.
47. Return Procedure
Before sending any return, the Customer should contact Bonabebe to receive instructions on the applicable procedure.
The Customer should provide:
- the order number;
- identification of the product;
- the reason for the return (optional in the case of free withdrawal).
Products must be sent to the address indicated by Bonabebe.
48. Return Costs
Unless the law provides otherwise or the return results from an error attributable to Bonabebe, the costs of returning the products are borne by the Customer.
Where the return results from:
- defective product;
- product damaged during transport;
- shipment of the wrong product;
- error attributable to Bonabebe;
the corresponding return costs will be borne by Bonabebe.
49. Product Exchanges
Bonabebe accepts product exchanges, provided that:
- stock is available;
- the product meets the conditions set out in this policy;
- proof of purchase is provided.
Whenever the new product has a different value from the one originally purchased, the corresponding price adjustment will be made.
50. Products Excluded from the Right of Free Withdrawal
Under the applicable legislation, the right of free withdrawal cannot be exercised in relation to products whose return is legally excluded.
In particular, returns are not accepted, once the packaging has been opened or the security seals removed, for the following products:
- breast pumps;
- dummies;
- baby bottles;
- teats;
- baby food items;
- hygiene items;
- products sealed for health or hygiene protection reasons;
- cosmetics;
- childcare products whose use involves direct contact with the baby's body or food and which have been opened.
In the specific case of baby carriers, Bonabebe accepts returns only where these are returned unused, in perfect condition, complete, with all accessories, labels and original packaging. Where they show signs of use, washing, wear or any change to their original condition, the return may be refused or a deduction corresponding to the product's loss of value may be applied, to the extent legally permitted.
The following also cannot be returned:
- personalised products or products manufactured to the Customer's specifications;
- gift cards, once activated or used;
- other products whose exclusion results from applicable legislation.
51. Inspection of Returns
Upon receipt of the return, Bonabebe will inspect the condition of the product.
Whenever necessary, an internal inspection report may be drawn up to confirm:
- the general condition of the item;
- any signs of use;
- the integrity of the packaging;
- the presence of accessories;
- compliance with the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Where the return does not meet the legally required conditions or those set out in these Terms, Bonabebe will inform the Customer of the grounds for refusal or for any reduction in the amount to be refunded.
52. Refunds
Following validation of the return, Bonabebe will refund the amounts due within a maximum period of 15 days, without prejudice to the maximum legal period applicable.
The refund will preferably be made using the same payment method used by the Customer.
Where, for technical reasons, this is not possible, Bonabebe may ask the Customer for their IBAN in order to make a bank transfer.
Save where otherwise provided by law, no fees will be charged to the Customer for the refund.
53. Damaged or Defective Products
If the Customer receives a damaged, incomplete product or one with an apparent defect, they should contact Bonabebe as soon as possible, sending:
- order number;
- description of the problem;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the packaging.
Bonabebe will review each situation individually and inform the Customer of the appropriate procedures.
54. Legal Warranty
All products sold by Bonabebe benefit from the legal warranty provided for under applicable Portuguese law.
Where the manufacturer provides an additional commercial warranty, this is in addition to the rights conferred by the legal warranty and does not limit or replace them.
The Customer may exercise the rights provided for by law in the event of a lack of conformity of the product.
55. Exercising the Warranty
Whenever the Customer wishes to invoke the warranty, they should contact Bonabebe beforehand.
The following may be requested:
- proof of purchase;
- description of the fault;
- photographs;
- sending of the product for technical analysis, where necessary.
Where applicable, the product may also be sent to the manufacturer or its authorised representative for assessment.
56. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover situations arising from:
- improper use;
- use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions;
- normal wear and tear resulting from use;
- accidents;
- falls;
- modifications made by the Customer;
- repairs carried out by unauthorised parties;
- damage caused by negligent use.
These exclusions do not affect the rights conferred by consumer protection legislation.
57. Products for Babies
Given the nature of the products sold, Bonabebe recommends that all items intended for transporting, feeding, resting or the safety of babies be used exclusively in accordance with:
- the manufacturer's instructions;
- the information provided on the packaging;
- the applicable safety standards.
Incorrect use of the products may compromise the child's safety.
58. Complaints
Any complaint relating to products or services may be submitted through:
- E-mail: info@bonissa.pt
- Telephone: +351 967 764 045 (call charged at national mobile network rate)
Bonabebe will endeavour to respond to complaints as promptly as possible, seeking a fair and appropriate solution for both parties.
59. Retention of Documentation
Bonabebe may ask the Customer to provide the invoice or other proof of purchase whenever this is necessary for the purposes of a return, exchange, warranty or after-sales assistance.
The Customer is advised to keep the documentation relating to the purchase for the entire duration of the warranty period.
