This car seat is part of a modular system, which means you use the same Isofix Base with the first car seat (infant carrier) iZi Go Modular X1 i-Size, and when it reaches its usage limit, you can transition your child to the next seat, the iZi Modular X1 i-Size, using the same base. This will extend the initial investment of your base for another 3 years. With this seat, you can keep your child rear-facing until 4 years old (recommended), or if necessary, you can turn them forward-facing (only from 15 months).
