Always Travel Rear-Facing with the BeSafe Stretch 2
The BeSafe Stretch 2 was developed to allow children to travel always rear-facing for many more years than in a conventional car seat.
Why is travelling rear-facing safer?
In the event of a frontal impact, a rear-facing installed car seat distributes the collision forces throughout the car seat structure, drastically reducing the pressure exerted on the child's neck.
The rear-facing position offers:
- Better cervical protection
- Lower risk of serious injuries
- Uniform distribution of impact energy
- Greater body stability
The Stretch 2 Car Seat allows this position to be extended until approximately 7 years of age, depending on the child's height and percentile.
Grows with the child up to 125 cm
The BeSafe Stretch 2 adapts from:
- 61 cm to 125 cm
- Maximum weight of 36 kg
- Approximately from 6 months to 7/10 years
Thanks to the spacious seat and adjustable structure, even children in high percentiles can travel comfortably.
Maximum Safety with R129 Homologation and Plus Test
The BeSafe Stretch 2 was designed to meet the highest European standards of car safety.
R129 i-Size Homologation
R129 Homologation represents the latest European standard for child car seats.
R129 i-Size certification evaluates:
- Frontal impacts
- Side impacts
- Height compatibility
- Better cervical protection
i-size homologation guarantees much more demanding safety criteria than previous standards.
Benefits of R129 Homologation
- Greater side protection
- Better adaptation to the child's growth
- More rigorous crash tests
- Safer installation
The BeSafe Stretch 2 was developed to exceed the minimum requirements of the R129 standard.
Swedish Plus Test: One of the Most Demanding Tests in the World
The BeSafe Stretch 2 has been approved in the famous Plus Test, considered the most rigorous crash test for child car seats.
What is the Plus Test?
The Swedish Plus Test specifically measures the forces exerted on the child's neck in severe frontal collisions.
A car seat with a BeSafe Plus Test means:
- Excellent cervical protection
- High energy absorption
- Superior safety in real impacts
Few car seats achieve approval in this demanding crash test, the Plus Test.
The combination of R129 Homologation and Plus Test makes the BeSafe Stretch 2 Car Seat one of the safest options currently available.
Side Impact Protection (SIP+) - Advanced Side Protection
The Side Impact Protection system significantly increases protection in side impacts.
How does SIP+ work?
The BeSafe SIP+ system absorbs part of the energy before it reaches the child.
Advantages of Side Impact Protection
- Reduction of lateral forces
- Greater head and torso protection
- Progressive impact absorption
- Reinforced structure in critical areas
The combination of EPP materials, rigid construction, and SIP side protection creates extremely advanced safety.
Legroom Up to 26 cm
One of the main highlights of the BeSafe Stretch 2 is the ample legroom.
Comfort on long journeys
The adjustment system allows for up to:
- 26 cm of legroom
This adjustment improves:
- The child's comfort
- Posture during long journeys
- Freedom of movement
Even larger children can travel comfortably rear-facing thanks to the adjustable legs.
The 26cm legroom system makes this car seat ideal for prolonged use.
Belt Installation = Universal Compatibility
Unlike many i-Size car seats, the Stretch 2 Car Seat exclusively uses belt installation.

- Easy transfer between vehicles
- Flexible installation
The system includes:
- Lower Tether
- Integrated tensioner
- Visible routing guides
- Visual installation feedback
Installation with car seat belts was designed to reduce misuse and simplify parents' daily lives.
More Resistant and Sustainable Materials
The BeSafe Stretch 2 Car Seat uses EPP materials instead of traditional EPS.
Benefits of EPP
- Greater structural resistance

- Greater durability
- Lifespan up to 15 years
This construction reinforces the Stretch 2's reputation as a premium solution for child car safety.

Always Travel Rear-Facing with BeSafe Stretch 2
The BeSafe Stretch 2 was developed to allow children to travel always rear-facing for many more years than in a conventional car seat.
Why is rear-facing travel safer?
In the event of a frontal impact, a rear-facing installed car seat distributes the forces of the collision across the car seat's structure, drastically reducing the pressure exerted on the child's neck.
The rear-facing position offers:
- Better neck protection
- Lower risk of serious injuries
- Uniform distribution of impact energy
- Greater body stability
The Stretch 2 Car Seat allows this position to be extended until approximately 7 years of age, depending on the child's height and percentile.
Grows with the child up to 125 cm
The BeSafe Stretch 2 adapts from:
- 61 cm to 125 cm
- Maximum weight of 36 kg
- Approximately from 6 months to 7/10 years
Thanks to the spacious seat and adjustable structure, even high-percentile children can travel comfortably.
Maximum Safety with R129 Homologation and Plus Test
The BeSafe Stretch 2 was designed to meet the highest European standards of car safety.
R129 i-Size Approval
R129 Approval represents the latest European standard for child car seats.
R129 i-Size certification assesses:
- Frontal impacts
- Side impacts
- Height compatibility
- Better neck protection
i-size approval guarantees much more demanding safety criteria than previous standards.
Benefits of R129 Approval
- Greater side protection
- Better adaptation to the child's growth
- More rigorous crash tests
- Safer installation
The BeSafe Stretch 2 was developed to exceed the minimum requirements of the R129 standard.
Swedish Plus Test: One of the World's Most Demanding Tests
The BeSafe Stretch 2 has been approved in the famous Plus Test, considered the most rigorous crash test for child car seats.
What is the Plus Test?
The Swedish Plus Test specifically measures the forces exerted on the child's neck in severe frontal collisions.
A car seat with BeSafe Plus Test means:
- Excellent neck protection
- High energy absorption
- Superior safety in real impacts
Few car seats achieve approval in this demanding crash test, the Plus Test.
The combination of R129 Approval and Plus Test makes the BeSafe Stretch 2 Car Seat one of the safest options currently available.
Side Impact Protection (SIP+) - Advanced Side Protection
The Side Impact Protection system significantly increases protection in side impacts.
How does SIP+ work?
The BeSafe SIP+ system absorbs part of the energy before it reaches the child.
Advantages of Side Impact Protection
- Reduction of lateral forces
- Greater head and torso protection
- Progressive impact absorption
- Reinforced structure in critical areas
The combination of EPP materials, rigid construction, and SIP side protection creates extremely advanced safety.
Legroom Up to 26 cm
One of the great highlights of the BeSafe Stretch 2 is its ample legroom.
Comfort on long journeys
The adjustment system allows for up to:
- 26 cm of legroom
This adjustment improves:
- The child's comfort
- Posture during long journeys
- Freedom of movement
Even larger children can travel comfortably rear-facing thanks to the adjustable legs.
The 26cm legroom system makes this car seat ideal for extended use.
Belt Installation = Universal Compatibility
Unlike many i-Size car seats, the Stretch 2 Car Seat uses exclusively belt installation.
Advantages of belt installation
- Compatible with virtually any car
- No need for ISOFIX
- Easy transfer between vehicles
- Flexible installation
The system includes:
- Lower Tether
- Integrated tensioner
- Visible routing guides
- Visual installation feedback
The installation with car seat belts was designed to reduce misuse and simplify parents' daily lives.
More Resistant and Sustainable Materials
The BeSafe Stretch 2 Car Seat uses EPP materials instead of traditional EPS.
Benefits of EPP
- Greater structural resistance
- Better impact absorption
- Greater durability
- Lifespan of up to 15 years
This construction reinforces the Stretch 2's reputation as a premium solution for child car safety.
