Which TOG should I choose from the 0.5, 1.0 and 2.5 available?

TOG indicates the level of thermal insulation: 0.5 is very light, for warm conditions or summer; 1.0 is mid-range, for mild rooms; and 2.5 is designed for cold winter rooms.
