How to choose the ideal Sleeping Bag for your baby:

It is very important to choose a sleeping bag that is appropriate for your baby's size. It should not be too big, nor too small.

• If it is too big, the baby can slip through the neckline, as it will be too wide for their height.
• If this happens, the baby's face can get trapped under the material and prevent them from breathing properly.
• The child's head cannot pass through the neckline when the sleeping bag is closed.

How to select the TOG?

TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) is the value that determines the temperature of a sleeping bag. The higher the TOG, the warmer the sleeping bag will be. This is an indicator; however, how you dress the baby under the bag and the insulating layers of the mattress also influence the sleeping bag's performance.

You can guide yourself by this table and define which TOG and the amount of clothing needed.
