How to select the TOG?

The TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) is the value that determines the temperature of a sleeping bag. The higher the TOG, the warmer the sleeping bag will be. This is an indicator, however, how you dress the baby under the bag and the insulating layers of the mattress also influence the behavior of the sleeping bag.

You can use this table as a guide to define the TOG and the amount of clothing needed.
