Everything for school, all in one place. Find the essentials to support your child throughout their school day.

What's the difference between the Fresk mini carrier and the full-size carrier?

The mini backpack is smaller and lighter, designed for the early years (nursery and preschool), with space for a snack, a change of clothes and a toy. The large backpack has more capacity, suited to the preschool and school stage, when more items need to be carried. The choice mainly depends on your child's age and height.

From what age can a child use these backpacks?

Mini backpacks are generally suitable from around 1 year old, for nursery and outings, while the larger models are suited to the pre-school and school stages. It's recommended to match the size to the child's height and not overload the backpack, to protect their back.

Can Fresk and Fabelab backpacks go in the washing machine?

As a general rule, these carriers should be hand washed or wiped with a damp cloth, avoiding the washing machine, to preserve the fabrics and coatings. Always check the label and the manufacturer's instructions on the product page before washing.

What is the Fresk backpack strap for?

The strap is an accessory that lets you attach the backpack to a pushchair or fasten it conveniently, stopping it from falling or getting lost. It's useful for everyday life and outings, and is compatible with the brand's backpacks.

Do these backpacks have room for A4 folders or notebooks?

The larger models offer more capacity and are designed for school supplies, though they aren't technical laptop backpacks. For exact measurements and compatibility with folders or A4 notebooks, check the dimensions stated on each product's page.

What materials are these carriers made from?

Many of these carriers use fabrics focused on sustainability and materials that withstand everyday use. The composition details for each model are given on the relevant product page; if in doubt, the Bonabebe team can help you choose.
